The satisfaction of fast food fries without the regret (or grease) and loads more flavor!
Preheat oven to 425 f.
Cube potatoes and any other veggies into chunks no larger that 1”x1”. Make sure they are of uniform size or they will not cook evenly.
Combine veggies in large mixing bowl and season with your choice of seasonings such as garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, etc.
Spray baking sheet with oil and spread mixture in single layer over pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are no longer hard/crunchy inside.
