Ingredients
  • 2 cups Cooked and Cooled Medium Size Pasta Shells
  • .25 cup Chopped Red Onion
  • .25 cup Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Vegan Mayo
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • Celery Salt, Salt, and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Shells must be cooked and cooled
Dice onion and bell pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix well
Chill until served

Either cook your pasta shells in the morning or get them cooking and get it in the fridge to cool as fast as possible.
