Simple Burritos
Once the rice is cooked these burritos go together fast. Top them with anything you like and save leftovers because they make great lunches!
Servings: 3 people
Ingredients
- 2 cups rice cooked
- 1 can black beans rinsed
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- .5 tsp salt
- .5 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
- 5-6 soft tortillas medium or large
Instructions

Heat oven to 400 degrees

Cook rice according to package directions.

Combine all ingredients except tortillas, mix well.

Scoop mixture into tortillas by ¼-½ cup full, wrapping tortillas into burrito shape. Place on pan or on tinfoil.

Bake for 15-20 minutes to heat through and crisp tortilla.

Top with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
