Ingredients
  • 3-4 Japanese eggplants
  • .25 cup soy sauce
Instructions
  1. Cut eggplants into 1 inch slices.

  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  3. Saute in soy sauce for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
