Ingredients
  • .25 onion diced
  • 3 yellow squash sliced
  • 3 tbsp vegan butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Saute onions and squash with vegan butter for 7-10 minutes or until cooked to desired tenderness.

  2. Top with salt and pepper to taste.
