Pizza on the cheap and easy, these little saucy, cheesy delights are fun to make and funner to eat! Top with whatever you like. Use leftover sauce from the spaghetti on monday to make the process even easier.
- 8 slices french bread
- 2-3 oz sliced or shredded cheddar or cheddar substitute
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
Lay out slices of bread on a nonstick baking sheet
Top with sauce and cheese
Broil for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and bread is browning slightly. Take care they do not burn as the broiler cooks fast!
Assemble mini pizzas and put them in the oven first, then make your salad. The whole meal is done in fifteen minutes or less… perfect for the middle of the week!
