- 1 cauliflower cut into strawberry-sized chunks
- .5 cup almond milk
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste
- 2 oz shredded sharp cheddar
Steam cauliflower for 10-15 or until fork-tender.
Place steamed cauliflower in oven safe dish and mix in all ingredients evenly.
Bake @ 375 for 15 minutes.
